Parlare della Vita Sopra Vino

Beh, é stato quasi due mesi da quando mi ho divertato vino con i miei amici. Sorprendente, non avevo passato molto tempo durante la stagione di vacanze con vino fuori da una bottiglia che ho comprato per la mia zia e il mio altro amico Patrick e sua familia per il Giorno del Ringraziamento( 2009 – Beaujolais Nouveau da Francia). Quel é una bottiglia che mi piace comprare ogni anno a quel tempo del anno.

Per Natale, ho ricevuto due bottiglie di vino. Le due sono Pinot Noir da 2008, uno da Sterling Vineyards e l’altra da Estancia Vineyards. Non ho ancora bevuto, ma con tempo potró dargli miei pensieri dei quelli vini.

Come la ultima volta ho scritto nel mi blog, il mio amico Koffi ed io abbiamo visitato un nuovo bar di vino nella area. Recentemente, mi ho mosso a un nuovo appartamento nel San José. La mia nuova casa é vicino il centro del San José e mentre facendo jogging uno giorno, ho visto un bar che si chiama San Pedro Wine Bar. E perció, Koffi ed io abbiamo pensato sarebbe un buon posto per visitare. Siamo andato il giovedi passato e onestamente la esperienza era piu della conversazione che il vino. Il posto era molto bene e il servizio e il cibo eran molto bene. Penso che ho preso due bichierre di vini; uno di Cabernet/Merlot dalla Languedoc regione in Francia ed un Tempranillo dalla Rioja ragione in Spagna.

Ma come sempre, Koffi ed io abbiamo passato il tempo chiacchierando degli nostri tempi durante la stagione di vacanze e nostri pensieri di andare a Mexico per mi e Francia per le due. Abbiamo parlato della vita, il lavoro, e nostre idee delle due. Sempre mi ho divertato nostri tempi insieme e sono contento che noi abbiamo incontrato un po di mesi fa. Mi sento che ho imparato molto da lui e spero che con tempo impareró piu da lui.

Purtroppo, non ho recommendazioni di vini in questo posting, ma qualche volta le esperienze di vini sono del tempo e il conversazione con amici e non sono del vino. Fino alla prossima volta!

In Inglese: “Talking About Life Over Wine”

Well, it’s been about two months since I’ve enjoyed wine with my friends. Surprisingly, I had not spent much time during the holiday season with wine outside of a bottle I bought for my aunt and my other friend Patrick and his family for Thanksgiving (2009 – Beaujolais Nouveau from France). That is a bottle that I like to buy each year at that time of year.

For Christmas, I received two bottles of wine. The two are Pinot Noir from 2008, one from Sterling Vineyards and the other from Estancia Vineyards. I haven’t drank them yet, but with time I’ll be able to give you all my thoughts of those wines.

Like the last time I wrote in my blog, my friend and I have Koffi visitato a new wine bar in the area. Recently, I’ve moved to a new apartment in San Jose. My new house is near the center of San Jose and while jogging one day, I saw a bar called San Pedro Wine Bar. And thus, Koffi and I thought it would be a good place to visit. We went last Thursday and honestly the experience was more about the conversation than the wine. The place was very good and the service and food were very good. I think I had two glasses of wine, one Cabernet / Merlot from the Languedoc region in France, and a Tempranillo from Rioja region in Spain.

But as always, Koffi and I have spent the time chatting on our time during the holiday season and our thoughts of going to Mexico for me and France for the two of us. We talked about life, work, and our ideas on the two subjects. I’ve always enjoyed our time together and I’m glad that we met a few months ago. I feel that I have learned a lot from him and I hope that with time I will learn more from him.

Unfortunately, I do not have any wines to recommend in this posting, but sometimes the experience of wines are about the time and conversation with friends and not about the wine. Until next time!
