I Vini Bianchi nel Tempo di Estate

Durante i anni scorsi, mi sono trasferito lentamente di bere tanti Chardonnays e ho provato altri vini bianchi di tanto in tanto. In quel tempo, una bottiglia é diventata il mio favorito definitivo Bianco – 2007 Kendall Jackon Reisling. Adesso, ho avuto i Reislings da Germania y Polonia, ma il questo particolare mi distingue. Ha carattere, sapore, e si lo puó bere su un giorno caldo o con una buena cena. Sugli anni, ho bevuto almeno 5-6 bottiglie e non ho avuto mai uno cattivo.

Questa semana, ho provato un nuovo bianco a un bar di vino che si chiama Vintage in Santana Row a San Jose, CA. Ho voluto di provare un vino bianco da Spagna ma loro non hanno avuto niente, allora invece ho provato un 2008 Pircas Negras Torrontes da Famatina, Argentina. Era un buon vino per un giorno caldo (era cerca 100 gradi) e valeva prendere nota per referencia nel futuro. Non ho provato tanti vini bianchi da Argentina ancora ma forse questo sará il inizio di qualcosa nuovo. Senza mencionare, mi sará preparare per il mio viaggio a Argentina piú tardi questo anno durante la estate in America del Sud.

In Inglese: Over the last couple of years, I’ve slowly moved away from drinking alot of Chardonnays and have been trying other whites from time to time. In that time, one bottle has become my ultimate favorite white; 2007 Kendall Jackson Reisling. Now I’ve had Reislings from Germany and Poland, but this particular one stands out for me. It has character, flavor, and can be drank on a warm afternoon or with a nice dinner. Over the years, I’ve drank at least 5-6 bottles and I’ve never had a bad one.

This week I tried a new white at Vintage Wine Bar on Santana Row in San Jose, CA. I wanted to try a white wine from Spain but they were out, so instead I tried a 2008 Pircas Negras Torrontes from Famatina, Argentina. It was a good wine for a hot day (near 100 degrees) and worth jotting down for future reference. I haven’t tried too many whites from Argentina just yet, but maybe this will be the start of something new. Not to mention, it may get me ready for my trip to Argentina later this year during the summer in South America.
